All our suppliers are audited at regular intervals. Our audits include the inspection of our suppliers’ production and quality capabilities, as well as their commitment to environmental efficiencies and ethical behavior. It is important to us that our suppliers do not only deliver high quality on time, but also offer a healthy and safe environment for their employees, including the possibility for training, and are preserving the natural resources and protecting the environment. Often the audit is done together with a customer to ensure the requirements of our customers are met.

In order to strengthen our relationship with strategic suppliers, The Switch holds an annual Supplier Day. The event provides the opportunity to share our expectations with our suppliers as well as to get their feedback.

The Switch brings power to the communities we work and live in. We are supporting several sports clubs in Finland, like the junior soccer team Rakkunat ’95 from Lappeenranta, and the ice hockey team Vaasan Sport and the soccer team Vaasan Palloseura (VPS) from Vaasa.
