The President and CEO
The Board of Directors appoints a President for the Group who is also its Chief Executive Officer. The President and CEO is in charge of the day-to-day management of the company and its administration in accordance with the company’s Articles of Association, the Finnish Companies Act and the instructions of the Board of Directors. He is assisted in this work by a Management team.
The President and CEO of the company is Mr. Jukka-Pekka Mäkinen.
