The Managing Directors of the Group’s subsidiaries are responsible for ensuring that the local resources are correctly dimensioned to meet the needs of the business and/or functions; that the subsidiary’s personnel development needs are met; that the subsidiary’s operations fulfill the requirements stipulated in the Group’s quality system; and that these operations comply with the respective country’s legal requirements and with good business practice.
