There is an incentive program for the Management team and for all employees of The Switch Engineering not having a personal bonus system. The program is a result-based pay system, and the results are determined by Group or company specific metrics, driving for growth, improved profitability and improved operational processes.
There are no option schemes within The Switch Engineering Group. All changes in wages, salaries, incentives and other types of remuneration are approved according to the grandfathering principle.
