The External audit
The company has one CPA-authorized auditor, who is an auditing firm. The auditor is elected by the Annual General Meeting to audit the accounts for the ongoing financial year and this firm’s duties cease at the close of the subsequent Annual General Meeting. The auditor is responsible for auditing the consolidated and parent company’s financial statements and accounting records as well as the administration of the parent company.
In 2009, the Annual General Meeting appointed the firm of public accountants KPMG Oy Ab as The Switch Engineering Corporation’s auditors.
