The Board of Directors
The Switch Engineering Oy’s Board of Directors has a minimum of three and a maximum of seven members. The term of office of a member of the Board of Directors shall commence from the Annual General Meeting at which the member was elected and end at the close of the next Annual General Meeting. The Board is elected by a General Meeting.
In 2009, the Board had seven members. The Board elects a chairman from among its members. The Board of Directors is responsible for the administration of the company and the proper organization of its operations. The Board steers and supervises the company’s operations and decides on policies, goals and strategies of major importance.
