I joined The Switch in April 2007 as Executive Assistant and I do various kinds of things: coordinate the daily operations of the company, take care of related administrative tasks, arrange visits, coordinate Chinese marketing, translate and interpret (Chinese-English), make official contacts and many other things.

At the time I joined this company, The Switch China has not even been founded. But the company is developing so fast! I hear of new and big orders here and there, I see new faces almost every time when I log in to the intranet, and I have contact with more and more The Switch people all over the world from whom I can always get support and encouragement.

Yes – all The Switch people are like one big family. We work together as a group, we talk together as good friends, and we take care of each other like family members. I firmly believe that with The Switch technology and The Switch people – we can switch the world into a better one.
